ABOUT ME
My background as a Physiotherapy Assistant in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, combined with my experience in Sports and Remedial Massage Therapy, has given me a unique skill set that allows me to support people at every stage of their rehabilitation journey.
My passion for helping others first began during a trip to India, where I was introduced to Ayurvedic massage therapy. Years later, I went on to study Sports and Remedial Massage at St Mary’s University in Twickenham. This training deepened my understanding of how targeted massage can not only aid recovery from injury but also play a key role in preventing it. It marked my shift from holistic massage into a more rehabilitation-focused approach.
After qualifying, I began working in physiotherapy and osteopathy clinics across London, as well as freelancing as a massage therapist.
Eager to expand my knowledge of rehabilitation, I took on a role as a Physiotherapy Assistant, teaching exercise-based rehab to both individuals and groups. Alongside my massage work, I saw how these new skills enhanced the support I could offer clients. During my time at Imperial Hospital, I was introduced to APPI Pilates—a Pilates method developed by physiotherapists with strong roots in rehabilitation. My journey has brought me to where I am today—doing what I love, teaching people movement to empower themselves to feel the best they can physically. By drawing on my combined experience as a Massage Therapist, Physiotherapy Assistant, and Pilates Instructor, I’m able to offer a truly unique and holistic approach to help you move, heal, and thrive on your movement journey.
